Shipping and Delivery Policy
We ship our products to most countries worldwide. Although we aim to deliver goods within the time frame we specify, we cannot provide any guarantee or accept liability for deliveries outside this time frame. Because we rely on third party shipping companies to facilitate our customers' deliveries for us, we cannot accept liability for out-of-pocket costs or other costs resulting from delayed deliveries.
Orders usually ship within 1-2 days of placing the order. The shipping time is stated on the checkout page because the delivery time depends on the region and weight. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery address and the weight of the order. The shipping cost is non-refundable as it is collected directly by the courier.
If you’d like to receive your order sooner, you have the option to upgrade your shipping for an additional fee. Please keep in mind that unexpected delays beyond our control (such as customs processing, weather conditions, labor disruptions, or holiday-related congestion) may still occur. Shipping upgrade fees are non-refundable.
We are not liable for deliveries affected by customs, natural events, courier errors, strikes, delays, nor for any additional costs, customs fees or back-end charges. No refunds will be given for these circumstances. If the courier did not deliver the order correctly and/or the tracking number shows that the order was incomplete, the only way we can resolve this is to reship the order.
IMPORTANT:
We are not responsible if a package cannot be delivered due to missing, incomplete, or incorrect destination information. We do not provide refunds for packages returned to the sender for any reason.
Please enter the correct shipping information at checkout. If shipping information is not entered correctly before your item ships, we are not responsible for the lost or misdelivered package.
If you realize you have made an error in your shipping information, please email us as soon as possible at support@tryhyat.com. If the package has already been shipped, a reshipment fee will be applicable in order to reship the package to the amended address.
60-Day Standard Return Guarantee
We believe fully in the effectiveness of the HyaT™ Micro‑Infusion System. Our guarantee reflects the confidence we have in your potential results. This policy exists to ensure your satisfaction and support your progress — your improvement is our top priority.
If you're not completely satisfied with your HyaTâ„¢ purchase, you may return it within 60 days of the delivery date for a refund. Here's how it works:
Request a Return
Email us at support@tryhyat.com to start the return process. This step is required.
Documentation
To qualify for a refund, you must provide video documentation showing the product being used as directed, with no visible improvement.
Submit one video per week, each at least 5 minutes long, showing proper use of the HyaTâ„¢ system for 3 consecutive weeks within the 60-day return window.
The video must clearly show correct application on bone-supported skin (upper eyelids or under-eyes) using the included serum.
Consistent Effort
Your videos must demonstrate consistent, correct use based on our official instructions. Proper and ongoing application is essential to qualify for a refund.
No Visible Improvement
If there is no visible improvement in the appearance of fine lines, puffiness, or sagging after 4 weeks, you may qualify for a full refund after returning your original order.
Returning Your Order
Once your return is approved:
- You are responsible for creating your own return label and covering the return shipping costs.
- All original items must be returned in order to process the refund.
Return Tracking
Please email us a valid tracking number once your return has shipped.
Refund Processing
After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method.
Note: All videos and the return shipment must be completed within the 60-day window from the original delivery date. The package must be shipped (not necessarily received) before that deadline to be eligible.
