HyaT™ Subscription Policy
At HyaT™, our subscription program is designed to make maintaining your skincare routine seamless and consistent. By enrolling in a HyaT™ subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Effortless Replenishment
When you select Subscribe & Save, your chosen HyaT™ products will automatically ship at the delivery frequency you select at checkout.
Your subscription will:
- Automatically renew at your selected interval
- Automatically charge your payment method on file
- Continue until you request cancellation
By completing your subscription purchase, you acknowledge and agree to these recurring charges.
Billing & Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in a subscription, you expressly authorize HyaT™ to charge your payment method on a recurring basis without additional approval prior to each shipment.
Your first payment will be processed at the time of purchase. Subsequent charges will occur based on the frequency selected (e.g., every month, 2 months, or 4 months).
Please note:
- Charges are processed automatically on the scheduled billing date
- Subscription pricing and promotional offers may change over time
- Failed payments may result in delayed or skipped shipments
- We may attempt to reprocess failed payments
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure billing details remain current.
Managing Your Subscription
Subscription changes are handled through our support team.
To request any of the following:
- Skip an upcoming shipment
- Change delivery frequency
- Update shipping address
- Update payment details
- Pause or cancel your subscription

⚠️ Important: Requests must be received at least 48 hours before your next billing date to guarantee changes apply to the upcoming order. Requests received after this window may apply to the following shipment.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting support@tryhyat.com.
However:
- Cancellation requests must be received at least 48 hours prior to the next billing date
- Your subscription is not considered canceled until you receive a confirmation email from our support team. If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours of your request, please follow up to ensure it was received.
- Once an order has been processed, it cannot be canceled or modified
- HyaT™ is not responsible for charges incurred due to late cancellation requests
- By subscribing, you acknowledge responsibility for managing your subscription timing.
Returns, Refunds & Refused Deliveries
Subscription orders are subject to our standard Return & Refund Policy.
Due to the automated nature of subscription processing:
- Orders already processed are not eligible for a refund due to failure to cancel in time
- Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
- Refused, undeliverable, or unclaimed packages are not guaranteed refunds
- Return shipping costs (if approved) are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective

Payment Disputes & Chargebacks (Important)
By enrolling in a HyaT™ subscription, you agree to contact our support team at support@tryhyat.com to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.
You acknowledge that:
- Recurring charges are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase
- You authorize HyaT™ to bill your payment method according to your selected subscription frequency
- Failure to cancel prior to the billing deadline does not constitute an unauthorized charge
- Initiating a chargeback without first contacting support may delay resolution of your concern
HyaT™ reserves the right to:
- Provide this policy, order confirmations, and delivery records as evidence in dispute proceedings
- Suspend or terminate subscriptions associated with excessive disputes
- Restrict future purchases where abuse of the chargeback process is suspected
We are committed to fair resolutions and encourage customers to contact us so we can help promptly.
Product Availability & Pricing
HyaT™ reserves the right to:
- Adjust subscription pricing
- Modify subscription benefits
- Substitute products of equal or greater value when necessary
- Discontinue subscription offerings at any time
Where required by law, we will notify subscribers of material changes.
Customer Responsibility
By enrolling in Subscribe & Save, you agree that you are responsible for:
- Monitoring upcoming billing dates
- Providing accurate shipping information
- Maintaining valid payment details
- Submitting change or cancellation requests on time
HyaT™ is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses provided incorrectly at checkout.
